We Love Scrappy's Bitters!
At Scrappy’s, they select the finest herbs and zest all of their fresh citruses by hand, never using oils or extracts. Every batch they make uses organic ingredients of the highest quality with no artificial flavors, chemicals, or dyes - all processed in one location. Why? Because they believe the only way to make bitters better is to make them by hand.

Domaine Vacheron "Les Romains" Sancerre Blanc 2020
Natural winemaking at Domaine Vacheron is second nature. Taking care of the soil, and in turn the vine, is of the utmost importance to the family. Vines have been cared for biodynamically since the early 2000s, and the estate is certified in both organic and biodynamic practices. No synthetic materials whatsoever are used in the vineyards; the family makes its own organic compost. Yields are naturally low.
Harvest is exclusively by hand. Grapes are fermented on indigenous yeasts in a combination of stainless-steel or cement tanks and wooden, open-top fermenters. Wines are aged either in large oak cask or French oak barrels, depending on the cru and the vintage, and are bottled unfiltered, according to the lunar cycle.
Ribolla gialla originates in the Friuli region of Italy and across the border in Slovenia. It’s earliest known mention was in the Pope’s paperwork managing a dispute between the Bishop of Trieste and a monastery in Venezia in 1296. Ribolla Gialla makes an unparalleled food wine. It tastes like hazelnuts, baking spices, meyer lemon curd, Bartlett pear, but most of all it has a stony minerality that is incredibly distinctive. There is supple tannic structure and fresh balanced acidity, with great weight and length given the moderate alcohol.

Leonetti Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Leonetti Cellars Sangiovese 2020
"A vineyard is nothing without the soil upon which it rests and sends its roots."
"The soil provides each vine with the anchor of foundation, nutrition, water, and life. The effort we spend in the vineyard above ground pales in comparison to the importance of what happens, unseen, beneath vine trunk and winemaker’s foot. We are extraordinarily passionate about our vineyard soils, as they are the true foundation for every bottle of Leonetti."

This unusual rosé is a blend of 60% Garnacho (they use the masculine form of the name of the grape), 30% Tempranillo and 10% Viura that matured in American oak barrels for four years, during which time the wine acquired an orange color and a nutty nose with notes of candied orange peel, mushroom and forest floor. It's only 12.5% alcohol and 1250 cases produced. #obchawaii

Domaine de La Côte Pinot Noir
La Côte blankets a steep
southeast-facing hillside on the
leeward slope of our Domaine
Unimpeded by the inexorable winds that confront Bloom's Field and Memorious to the west, La Côte enjoys more optimal pollination and less shatter. The vineyard possesses the most heterogeneous soils of
our estate: its bedrock varies from Monterey Shale to Diatomaceous Earth to alluvium, and the associated soils range from shallow and rocky- with a plethora of broken stones-to rich and homogenous downslope. #obchawaii
Newest Tequila alert ‼️ @yeyotequila “Harvest. Roast. Serenade. Refine. Sip. Repeat.
These simple steps craft a spirit that is both rich and refined. A tequila that can take center stage as a solo act, or mix to perfection. Yéyo is tequila, as intended.
Harvest begins with mature sustainably farmed blue agave grown from red soil at the Vivanco family estate where no pesticides or fertilizer are ever used.
Three days on low and slow - that’s how our roasting agave is cooked in brick ovens. This patient process brings out the natural sweetness and earthen flavors that are present in the final product.
It’s all in the details, and for us tequila making is art. We treat our precious fermentation a steady stream of Mozart for 190+ hours to serenade our agave, relaxing both the yeast and the distillers.
Finally, we double distill in copper stills, offering a refined tequila that has preserved its rich floral and fruity notes.
Last we ask you to sip and celebrate knowing that each small batch of Yéyo is a masterful tequila passionately crafted for you.” #tequila
