Threadfin owner Jason Kiyota is a renowned local Chef who previously owned the popular Food Company Cafè in Kailua, and has worked at prestigious kitchens on Oahu as well as Bangkok. His training in Oahu andThailand influence his cooking style and ingredient selection, but his dishes often have a French underpinning.
Wines will be provided by Ohana Beverage Company (OBC) which is a small, Hawaii based wine distribution company. OBC focuses on quality minded family wineries from across the globe. The wines for this dinner will be presented by OBC Sommelier Kainoa Guerin.
